The morning sessions start at 8am and last approximately 3 hours offering the opportunity to explore and utilise breathing, awareness, movement and stillness through a combination of simple yoga techniques (asana, pranayama, meditation and relaxation). Each session will have a different focus in which we will explore the basic fundamentals of yoga practice being the breath, bandhas, foundation and core.
As well as the yoga teachings the week will include the following meals, snorkelling trip, jungle trek and the 3 thai massages or oil massage (book the days you want when you get there) ....
