We will be together 6 days a week, 8 hours a day, and over that period of time we will lay a foundation and then build on that step by step. Cheryl Oliver is a dedicated student and teacher of astanga vinyasa, Sanskrit language and vedic chant. Through her teaching, she makes the recitation of the veda, a powerful healing and meditative process, available to all, as a direct experience of tapas and dharana. Cheryl offers workshops, teacher trainings and retreats throughout the United States and abroad..
