7 - 8 am Morning Chanting & guided Advaita meditation
8 - 9 am Time for a light breakfast
9 - 10 am Introduction of new postures and other practices
10 - 11.30 am Hatha Yoga class
11.45 am - 1 pm Teachings on Yogic Practices, Anatomy, & Methodology
1 - 3.30 pm Lunch & Study Break
3.30 - 5 pm Hatha Yoga Classes and Practicums
5 - 6 pm Teachings on philosophy, scripture, ethics, etc.
