Anahata Yoga is a yoga center fully committed to providing our students with the most authentic yoga experience available in Hong Kong. Our instructors are predominately from India and so have a solid basis in not only yoga instruction but the philosophy behind the practice.

Tuesday and Thursday 7 - 9 am ( Self practice classes - not compulsory)
