Aman Walia– Yoga teacher - He had started his spiritual journey as a teenager, when his brother introduced him to some of Osho’s teachings. With the zeal to learn more, he went to stay at Osho’s ashram in Pune. Though he felt inspired by the people he was meeting; he was finding transitioning between ashram and real life difficulties. So he decided to leave and started working.

We are glad to provide accommodation at our huts prepared especially for our Yoga TTC students. Our huts are located at Arambol beach surrounded by coconut trees in a peaceful atmosphere. Everything is prepared especially for Yoga students, so that they can enjoy every moment during the training program. Our beach huts are equipped with lots of facilities to makes our students feel at home. We offers rooms on double sharing (extra charges for single occupancy).

9:30 AM to 10:30 AM Breakfast

10:30 AM to 11:30 AM Theory: Yoga Philosophy / Anatomy and Physiology

11:30 AM to 1:00 PM Alignment, Asana Theory

1:00 PM to 3:00 PM Lunch

3:00 PM to 3:30 PM Yoga Nidra

4:00 PM to 5:30 PM Asana practice

5:30 PM to 6:30 PM Theory, Meditation
