" From a very young age, Yoga has been a passion and hobby for me. Through my life, I have incorporate Meditation into my lifestyle. After completing my studies, I dedicated my life to Yoga and Meditation. Since 2001 I have been regularly practicing Yoga and Meditation. Throughout this time, I have also studied and practiced Naturopathy.

10:40-12:20 – Techniques class (asanas, assisting, adjustments, benefits, pre-cautions)
