Lead Teacher Biodata :

Karolina Sharma - The founder of Trimurti Yoga and Bodhi Tree Yoga International and one of most important limb of the school; Karolina was born in 1982 in Warsaw (Poland). Over 10 years she was working in the field of Theatre and Music – in Poland, UK and Germany. She was making artistic projects with kids, youths and special groups – people with mental problems and disabilities. Practicing yoga since 2001, at the beginning in Iyengar schools in Warsaw, in 2009 Karolina came to India to develop and deepen her yogic experience – she was learning at many places and ashrams including famous Biha.... Daily Schedule :

6.30 – 7.30 – morning pranayama, meditation & kriya yoga

7.30 – 9.00 – morning asana practice

9.00 – common breakfast

10.00 – 11.00 – anatomy & physiology

11.15 – 12.45 – Art of teaching (workshop)

1.00 pm – 3 pm – lunch break

3.00 pm – 4.00 – philosophy

4.15 pm – 5.30 pm – afternoon yoga practice / analytical training

5.30 – 6.30 pm (7.00) – evening meditation & breathing techniques

We offer nice single rooms in guesthouses next to our yoga hall, located on beautiful foothills of Himalayas. They are modest, but clean and cozy. On special request we can organize shared room for couples and friends (economy option)
