The Yoga The morning sessions will include pranayama, asana and meditation practices. Under the expert guidence of Scarlett you will begin to challenge the body and mind to relax and open whilst being sensitive to your individual and varying limitations. Scarlett teaches yoga and lectures on the Tribe Yoga Teacher Trainings and is very experienced in guiding students towards establishing the confidence and practical knowledge to practice yoga on their own, in their own time and own space, instead of relying on classes and teachers.
