Since the age of 11, Kumar began his studies with India’s most acclaimed teachers attending 37 schools and ashrams. His interest in teaching came about as a result of a car crash in 1992 that resulted in complete paralysis of the lower body. He used his knowledge of yoga to completely heal himself. Following this experience he decided to dedicate as much time as possible to teaching yoga to heal both body and mind. 6 am start Kumar morning session 8.30 am breakfast. 10 am -1pm ( with 20 min break) external faculty class 1pm-3pm lunch and rest. 3.pm -5.30 ( with 20 min break) external faculty class 5.45- 8.15: Kumar evening session 8.15pm finish.
