Lead Teacher Biodata :

Rajeev born in 1979 in Trivandrum, India. Rajeev is the founder of Drishti Vinyasa Yoga. He is 500 hrs Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT500) by American Yoga Alliance and a Registered Ayurveda Therapist.

Can I do meditation in Yoga Dandasana?

He introduced to Yoga by his uncle in 2001 after leaving the marine engineer job. Yoga asana and Meditation given a life changing experience to Rajeev and that made him to continue it.
