11.00am-12.15pm: Yoga workshops
12.30pm - 1.00pm: Yoga assignment (N-C hours)
1.00pm: light lunch
2.00pm-3.00pm: Yoga assignment (N-C hours)
3.30pm-4.30pm: Yoga Theory/assignment
4.30pm: tea & snacks
4.50pm-5.50pm: yoga theory
6.30pm- 8.30pm: pranayama,yoga asana session (II)
9.05pm: light dinner
10.15pm: lights off.
