About Smt.Sindu.V.Nayar our main ashtanga yoga instructor: Most of us here(older & younger) address her as 'Chechi' meaning sister. She is married into the family of Sreerama yoga ashram for 22years now. She lives at her residence adjoining the ashram with her family. For living she works as a business woman running the inherited family retail outlets of watches and gold jewelery. A born yogi destiny paved for her the path of teaching yoga which she is happy to accept.

Routine:
7.00am -10.00am : Asana& meditation session ;
10.15am:breakfast ;
10.45am-service work;
11.30am-12.45 noon: workshops/theories
1.00pm: lunch ;
3.00pm-4.15pm:yoga theories/workshops
5.00pm-8.00pm :asana session with sandhya vandhan;
8.15pm :supper
Friday’s are days off.
Sundays are free after the morning asana sessions.

Shared accommodations, 2 kerala vegetarian food and yoga classes.

Uniforms, teaching manuals and any other personal items.

Only shared accommodations. Separate for men and women.
