About Smt.Sindu.V.Nayar our main ashtanga yoga instructor: Most of us here(older & younger) address her as 'Chechi' meaning sister. She is married into the family of Sreerama yoga ashram for 22years now. She lives at her residence adjoining the ashram with her family. For living she works as a business woman running the inherited family retail outlets of watches and gold jewellery. A born yogi destiny paved for her the path of teaching yoga which she is happy to accept.

Routine:
7.00am -10.00am : Asana,pranayama & dharana session (I)
10.30am:brunch;
10.50am-service ;
11.30am-12.45 noon: Yoga theories (II)
1.00pm: tea
3pm-4.15pm: Asana workshop(III)
4.30pm: tea & snacks
5.00pm-8.00pm: yogasana sessions with Pranayama & dharana(IV)
8.30pm : supper
9.30pm:lights off

Kerala Vegetarian food,shared accommodation and yoga training sessions.

Any personal and traveling.

Shared accommodation with cot, mattress, pillows, sheets and Mosquito nets.
Clean Bathrooms. Food provided will be kerala vegetarian dishes.
To maintain the purity and spiritual atmosphere of the yoga ashram
all participants are required to avoid non-vegetarian food, narcotics, alcohol or cigarettes during the stay.
