Prachi will take you through the different aspects of awareness during your practice. Yoga is beneficial only when done with consciousness. Leanr to make the best of your breath, which is not only the life force, but also what connects your body to your mind. Learn to differentiate between good and bad pain. Learn to listen to your body, so that you can give yourself what you need in the moment. Learn to know when to stop, for that is crucial.
This 2.5 hour workshop will include a discussion about building awareness, followed by Yoga practice where you apply what you learn.
