Daily Schedule :

7.00 – 8.00 Detox yoga(Kriyas)
8.00 – 10.00 Yogasanas practice/Hatha
10.30 -12.00 Theory,yoga philosophy.
12.00-3.00 Lunch
3.30 Tea
4.00-5.00 Pranayama and meditation
5.15 - 7.00 Yoga practice/Ashtanga vinyasa
7.00-8.00 Dinner
8.00- 10.00 Self study/ chanting
10.00 Light off
