We have created a nurturing and holistic environment where students can come to practice, to learn, to teach, and to heal themselves.

Due to our small class sizes and our yoga therapy background, we are able to open our teacher training program to almost everyone, regardless of injuries, and or, limitations.

We feel so blessed to be able to introduce our students to Acharya Yogi Yogendra Mishra Ji. He is a renowned teacher, philosopher, meditation and pranayama master with over 35 years of teaching experience. One of his many accomplishments includes the creation of the International Yoga and Mediation Academy where he presently acts as an advisor for many institutions around the world. Our ashram accommodation is simple and basic yet very comfortable; ideal for the spiritual aspirant. All of our rooms are spacious, offer lots of natural light, have good air circulation, a writing desk, and are exceptionally clean. This is a place where you will rest well and wake with a fresh mind ready to absorb the beauty of each day. We offer shared accommodation and have 2 private rooms.
