Prav Satthi is certified European yoga federation accredited professional, Rejuvenation technician excelled in Cooperating, Ayurveda, Pharaonic healing methods, Nordic healing methods. He had been working around the globe for past 16 years. He is a researcher in the subject and has conducted several retreats and currently teaching more than 1000 people in Faroe Island..

Accommodation is offered on a single occupancy basis. However, should you wish to share with a friend or fellow traveller, this can be arranged. Please enquire.

6.30 am – Proper Body relaxation technique in Group class.
8.00 am – Breakfast.
9.00 am - Rest/ Ayurvedic therapy/ Workshops / Village walkthrough.
11.30 am - Posture related exercises to attain flow of energy.
1 pm – Lunch
2.00 pm - Leisure time/ Ayurvedic therapy.
4.30 pm – Pranayama/Meditation / Yoga Philosophy.
6.30 pm - Leisure Time.
7.30 pm – Dinner
