Heather is the Founder and Director of Elton Yoga and the Course Coordinator. She teaches Asana, Vinyasa, Astanga, Meditation, Self Inquiry, Techniques and Teaching Methodology. Astanga is taught in the Mysore tradition of Sri K Patabbhi Jois, and Vinyasa Krama (or Hatha Flow), is an intelligent linking of poses - with breath and dristi - rooted in classical yogic traditions that explores the physical, mental and subtle aspects of the practice. Yoga Teacher Training in Nepal - Sample Daily Timetable
6:00 - 7:15: Pranayama and meditation
7:30 – 10.00: Asana
10:00 - 12:00: Brunch
12:00 - 12:30: Short Teaching
12:30 – 14:30: Philosophy
14:30 - 15:00 Break
15:00 - 18:00 Yoga Clinic
18:00 - 19:30 Dinner
19:30 - 21:00 Evening program (Films, Satsang, Readings or Yoga Nidra)
Note: This is a sample schedule and may change slightly due to festival holidays and the interests of the course. Sundays are free.

Fee Inclusions :

Yoga Tuition, transfers to sacred sites, shared accommodation and 3 vegetarian meals per day.

Accommodation :

The training will take place at the Neydo Tashi Choeling Monastery, as well as 5 days on the road visiting sacred sites in Nepal, like Boudhanath, Pashupati and Patan.
The Neydo Tashi Choeling Monastery Guest House is situated near Pharping in the Kathmandu Valley and foothills of the Himalayas. It’s a peaceful spot alongside Neydo Tashi Choeling Monastery, just 22km or less than an hour’s drive from the heart of hectic Kathmandu. Well stay in the new Neydo Hotel which is beside the monastery.
