Jane has studied and practiced different styles of yoga, but favours and teaches classical hatha yoga. Her classes emphasize breath awareness, alignment and safely extending and opening the body to release deep tension and stress. This style of yoga is gentle but extremely dynamic, encouraging the body and mind to let go of old patterns and habits and welcome new ones that make you feel very good! Every class includes postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), relaxation and laughter.
