Testimonials :

I recently completed a 7 month yoga training course with Nina Be at the Body Center. It was the most profound experience of my life! I signed up for the training to deepen my yoga practice and gain a better understanding of yogic principles. After the 7 months, I not only did that but I also discovered more about who I am as a person and how I can make a difference with my thoughts, words and actions with every breath I take. I'd highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to take a deeper look inside to find stillness and answers to life's meanings.
