Alex Ryberg, RYT 500 & 1028 HR CTT & CTP; Alex has been diving into the world of holistic and integrative health through yoga, thai yoga, and other practices for the last 5 years. Her initial introductory began in 2012 with Yin & Taoist Yoga Teacher Training through YouDoYoga in Cincinnati. Soon after, she jumped into the world of SomaVeda™ Thai Yoga & Natural Medicine, finishing a 1028 HR SomaVeda™ Thai Teacher Training in January 2015 and currently working towards a doctorate in Sacred Natural Medicine. Class is Noon to 5:00 PM Saturday July 30, Sunday July 31, Saturday August 13, and Sunday August 14th.

We will have a 5-10 minute break every 1.5-2 Hours.
