About the director, Karen Soroko, E-RYT
I began studying yoga in 1986 after giving birth to my first child, Jasmine. I had scoliosis and my back was in pain from carrying and nursing a baby. Yoga was a physical necessity to begin strengthening my back. In 1988 my son Joshua was born after 9 months of prenatal yoga. The birth experience was transformational. Yoga helped me to give birth in a hot tub, with conscious ease.

Weekend dates of Class for 1st Session: April 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25, May 1, 7, 8, 21, 22, 23
June 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 27, July 9, 10, 11. In addition, teacher training students will choose from the following weekly
class schedules: Either Tuesday/Thursday evenings or Monday/Thursday/Saturday mornings.
Weekend dates for 2nd Session: July 23-25, Aug 27-29, Sep 24-26, Oct 22-24, Nov 19-21, Dec 17-19, Jan 28-30, Feb 25-27, Mar 11-13. 2011 dates are subject to change (it will work for you). Included: weekly classes
