Robin Appel (Arula Mukti) is registered as an ERYT-500 with Yoga Alliance and has been a Yoga Ed.™ Instructor/Trainer since 2004. She is the founder of Always-At-Aum, an organization dedicated to empowering students to make healthier decisions by becoming yoga educated. She holds teaching certifications for restorative yoga, Pilates, youth fitness training and is a Reiki master/teacher.

We will meet on Fridays from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Saturdays & Sundays from 10:00 am-6:00 pm on:

The fee includes 200-hour yoga teacher training that is recognized by Yoga Alliance, a training manual, handouts, a certificate and all materials needed for the training including yoga props.

The fee excludes books that are on the required reading list and yoga props that you may want to own. You will have an opportunity to purchase yoga props for you to keep at 40% off.
