.... Since I have had such success with jala neti, a number of my friends have also bought neti pots and are learning how it is done. One of my friends had a sinus headache that was so bad that she was taking very strong painkillers in order to sleep, though the pain was still very strong. I told her about my experience with jala neti and she went out and bought a neti pot and followed the instructions. Ten minutes after cleaning her lower sinuses with jala neti, her upper sinuses began to drain and her headache eased, and in a few hours finally disappeared. I am very glad, because the pain medication she was using was addictive.
