	I am new to Jala Neti and was looking for an easy, cheap but most importantly drug free way of treating allergy, post nasal drip and this is having a good affect ( I am only doing stage 1) It is very simple to do and about 1/10th the cost of a machine! I have just started doing 'practise runs' of stage 2 and that really clears me out! 	I travel for business (75,000+ miles per year) and the air travel has lead to chronic sinus and ear problems. I searched for two years for something which would help (including Naturopathy, Homeopath, prescription medicines,and diet).
