Yoga is a wonderful gift to the humanity from Ancient India and must be preserved as one of our priced heritages. Yoga is really effective for the purification of mind and soul; simultaneously, practicing different asanas maintains the physical health. Ancient scriptures of ‘Upnishads’ and ‘Vedas’ have defined and describe the methodology of performing Yoga, passing it on for generations over generations. Learning Yoga is one of the most effective and cheap ways to stay fit and healthy in India, which makes Yoga retreats and studios very popular these days. Yoga Exercises, meditation and following a healthy diet are main routines of various healing centers. Yoga exercise and nutritious diet are the ultimate means to achieve an overall healthy lifestyle. Since yoga emphasizes on deep breathing, stress relieving, relaxation and calmness, it brings discipline and serenity in life. This life-choice is quite aptly summarized in a line, “Do your Yoga practice and all is coming!”
