Would you like
a simple and effective way to increase your energy levels
and improve how you feel, immediately?
| All right, hold
your breath...here it goes. |
| Actually, that was
the answer. Learn to breath properly. |
When I learned
the power that deep, controlled breathing had, I didn't realize
it would have such a profound effect on how I feel day to
day. I use it all the time to instantly increase my energy
as well as get rid of headaches that have begun to come on.
I know can feel the difference in the day if I have not stopped
to take deep, energizing breathes.
Your blood
is literally the liquid of life.
A healthy bloodstream
transports oxygen and nutrients to all cells of your body.
Breathing is the way you fully oxygenate the body and stimulate
the electrical process of each and every cell.
Another vital
reason to practice deep breathing is that deep breathing,
combined with exercise, is the only way that your body can
circulate the flow of lymph fluid through your body. Lymph
fluid contains white blood cells to protect your body. Your
lymph fluid also carrys harmful toxins away from the cells
of your body.
To show the
importance of your lymph system, if it were to shut down,
you would be dead in 24 hours as the result of excess toxin
build-up in the body. So your lymph system is important to
say the least.
To stimulate
this system, you must learn to breath deep, diaphramatic breaths.
Many "forms" of exercise today showcases the importance of
controlled breathing. Yoga is one form of exercise that focuses
on deep breathing.
Now, how
do you breath to properly cleanse your system and increase
your energy?
Take deep,
5 second breaths through your nose. Start from deep in your
abdomen, like a vacuum, and hold for at least 10 seconds.
Now exhale through your mouth strongly for 5 seconds. This
is where you are eliminating toxins from your lymphatic system.
Repeat this
at least 9 more times, for a total of 10 deep breathes.
Practice taking
these deep breathes at least 3 times throughout the day.
Its amazing
how well you will feel after taking 10 deep breathes. You
will feel it immediately, I guarantee. Your head will feel
clearer and you will be more vibrant.
That is why
you often times feel more refreshed and alert after performing
aerobic exercise like jogging. The body has become fully oxygenated
through deep breathing.
So, if you
want a simple way to immediately increase your energy levels
and greatly improve your overall health, take 10 deep, deep
breaths at least 3 times a day and within minutes after, you
will feel much more energetic.
