proud of the beauty of his little daughter. So he thought that no human being is a suitable match for his daughter. He decided to have his daughter married to the Sun god. The Sun god being the most handsome and strongest being in the solar system. He however sought his daughter's opinion. The daughter had a desire to marry the strongest man. The father was very happy to hear this and informed her that he had selected the Sun god as he the strongest and the best in every way. The girl did not seem to be pleased with dad's idea. She thought for a moment and said, dad the Sun god is not the strongest being I do not want to marry him. Look how the clouds come and the Sun gets hidden and the sun can do nothing to the clouds. Surely the clouds are more powerful than the sun. The father was a bit surprised at this funny logic of his daughter but he said calmly well child if you feel this way then I will have you married to the Cloud god. No dad, she protested, what's wrong with you dad? Don't you see everyday what happens to the clouds as the wind blows. The wind scatters the clouds all around. The father still calm replied, well child I will have you married to the Wind god. Wind god my child is a very powerful god. He was the father of the great Hanuman. The daughter was however not so pleased. She told the father, look at these mountains they are so strong the wind can do nothing to them. The mountains are stronger than the wind. Well my child if you think like this then I will have you married to the Mountain god. After all the great Parvati consort of Shiva was the daughter of this Mountain god. No dad no, the mountain is not at all powerful. Look dad look, do you see how a rat has made a big hole in the mountain. The mountain could not prevent the rat from doing it. Surely the rat is stronger than the mountain. The rat is therefore the strongest being and I will marry a rat. The dad now lost his cool and feeling disgusted converted the child back into a rat. He realized that just by changing the body the inner consciousness do not change. The child although in a human body still retained the consciousness of a rat. Each of us have to slowly and steadily grow in consciousness. No jumping from one level to another is possible although many teachers are precisely trying to tell their students that this possible. These are blind teachers leading the blind. 

Karma is not just physical it is more mental  
Once a monk and a prostitute lived in the same village. The monk was very proud of his holiness and his holy action of regular meditation for most of the day. He was very critical about the prostitute and her activities. By a strange coincidence both of them died together. Their souls were guided to the place of Yamaraja the Lord of death for judgement. Yamaraja called for the book of karma to be brought. He went over the records carefully and then gave His judgement in which he declared that a golden chariot be called and the prositute be sent to Heaven in that chariot for an enjoyment of a hundred heavenly years. The holy monk to be sent to one of his miserable hells for a punishment of a hundred years. The monk cried out in great astonishment at this injustice to him. Yamaraja however very calmly told him. It is true you did very good karma with your body. You woke up early, regularly bathed in the holy Ganga and meditated most of the time and made good use of your body. So now look back, take this special telescope and see how on planet Earth your body is getting respected. People are garlanding and sprinkling holy water on to your body and showing great respect.
