Oh Lord! Thou art in Your transcendental aspect are full and infinite. In Your immanent aspect also You are full and infinite. From Your infinite Transcendental aspect this infinite universe has arisen, yet after this emergence what remains with You is full and infinite.

Whatever activities I perform with my body, speech, mind, senses, intellect or my inner nature, I offer them all to the Supreme Lord Naarayana.

Sarasvati Vandanaa
Sarasvati namastubhyam, varade kaama roopini;
Vidyaarambham karishyaami, siddhir bhavatu me sadaa.

Oh! Goddess Sarasvati, my prostrations to You. You are the fulfiller of all wishes. I am beginning my studies, please grant me Thy blessings.

Oh! Lord Shiva, who has camphor like fair complexion, who is an incarnation of compassion, who is the essence of this universe, who wears a garland of snakes, please reside in the lotus of my heart. To You and Your consort Bhavaani (Paarvati) I humbly prostrate.

Gaayatri Mantra
Om Bhur Bhuva Svaha, Tat Savitur Varenyam
Bhargo Devasya Dhimayi, Dhiyo yo naa prachodayaat

This Mantra is dedicated to God in the form of the Divine Mother. Her name in this mantra is Gaayatri. She is Goddess Gaayatri. As the Divine Mother she is the bestower of peace, prosperity and spiritual well-being. All children at the age of 8 or 9 or10 are initiated into this mantra.

This mantra means, I meditate and call upon the effulgent Cosmic Mother, who has created the universe comprising of the three planes of existence—the physical, the astral and the causal. She is fit to be loved, respected , adored and worshipped. May She purify and enlighten my intellect.
