RESULTS


Yoga training of six months produced a significant (P<0.05) increase in HGS and HGE in our group I subjects (Table I). It also produced a highly significant (P<0.001) increase in MEP, MIP, FEV, FEV1 and PEFR. In contrast, the changes in these parameters in the control group subjects were statistically insignificant.
