Health And Yoga Sutras

The Yoga Sutras are the standard reference on yoga philosophy. There are four chapters with 30 or more sutras in each chapter. Each chapter contains a wealth of information on the philosophy and psychology of Yoga. All Yoga students will find this information invaluable at various stages of their development.

In our effort to carry the message of Yoga on the internet, we have now introduced XML Feeds feeds and JS JS Feeds sections. These easy-to-use tools will help you get your favorite Yoga articles to your desktops or to your websites and your intranets. You may wish to recommend these pages to all your friends by using our 'Recommend Page' option at the bottom of each article.

Your feedback is most valuable to us and we would try to implement your suggestions as soon as we have reviewed them.
