Personalized and group yoga lessons for everybody
The types of yoga that the studio teach is hatha yoga, basic yoga, prenatal yoga and senior yoga. Every class is a personalized session, depending of the individual profile.
The individual session is design for women, teaching from basic yoga and prenatal yoga, to senior yoga and shaping yoga
Also, we teach to groups of 7 chayas (students). In both types of sessions, we work whit a chronological method (from nascent to advanced yoga in a natural and easy process) designed by the instructor Lianik Borlasca.
