Zelena has over 20 years of personal practice in Hatha Yoga and 4 years teaching experience in our local community of Venice. She comes with Masters level training in Oriental Medicine and a love of Health, Nutrition and variety of Healing Arts. Zelena offers students an opportunity to join her ongoing morning and evening “Karuna Yoga” classes. The classes are a blend of many Hatha Yoga schools. Zelena calls this Karuna (Compassionate) Yoga. This type of Yoga is a complete system of poses, movements, breathing, relaxation and concentration that promotes total health and well-being Mental, physical, and spiritual. People who do Karuna Yoga regularly can quickly increase their physical strength, flexibility, and coordination; clear energy and emotional blocks; and develop greater mental clarity, focus and concentration qualities essential for Compassionate living.
