Kim`s background and passion revolves around teaching and helping people reach their full potential. She received her Yoga certification from two outstanding Anusara teachers who were trained by John Friend. This supportive, heartfelt approach to teaching supports the students optimal alignment in postures which allows them to feel their strength from the inside out. Plus her practice in Iyengar yoga has given her many therapy tools to help students. Her practice of 7+ years and teaching in a variety of settings enable her to assist all levels with modifications. She teaches privately and at gyms, in corporate programs, and teaches Yoga for Healthy Backs and Restorative workshops. After receiving her Master`s in Education, she has been teaching Critical Thinking and Lifelong Learning college classes.
