I have practiced Yoga for twenty-nine years. I am certified and a member of Yoga Alliance ID Registry 15119. I teach Power Yoga that is a vigorous dynamic flow that links breathe to movement. I also teach a more gentle Vinyasa Flow (Vinyasa - to dance and link the breath to the movement.) I can teach Beginner and Intermediate Classes. My classes will also include pranayama, and relaxation. Pilates lessons are also available; I am a certified Pilates Teacher, eleven years experience. Private lessons are very reasonable at $15.00 an hour or; two or more $25.00. I am currently teaching at the Ymca in beaufort, sc.
