The Kanata Yoga Centre``s mission is to make our Yoga classes fun by harmonizing diligent instruction along with an upbeat, humour inspired environment to practice in. We encourage our students to only go to their own personal edge, teaching them to honour their bodies and not to be judgmental towards themselves. Our warm and friendly atmosphere is filled with an abundance of positive energy, leaving you feeling completely refreshed after your session. We also offer Chair Yoga for Seniors and people with limited mobility.
