Sacred Space Yoga offers classes, workshops, and massage therapy. Jessica teaches Anusara-inspired Yoga for all levels. Anusara means “Flowing with Grace,” and is a powerfully therapeutic and spiritually inspiring style of hatha yoga. Classes incorporate eloquent biomechanical principles to help us align our bodies, minds, and hearts in a more optimal say for a healthier, more radiant life.
Jessica is also a massage therapist. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Thai Bodywork, Swedish, and Hot Stone Massage, Jessica has been practicing massage locally since 2002. She is a graduate of SC Massage Therapy Institute, and is nationally certified. In 2005, Jessica traveled to Chiang Mai, Thailand to study the ancient art of Thai Massage, and received her certification through the award-winning Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai.
