From the time you reach Goa Airport to the end of your tour back to the airport, you will have your plans chalked out.

You will have all your car/ bus pickups and drops arranged throughout the stay.

You will be lodged in a 3 star resort, with all amenities. The Resort is well located, on or around the popular beaches, where you will be able to enjoy and explore Goa in the evenings too.

You will be spending a reasonable part of the day (morning and afternoon) at the health centre for your yoga sessions, pranayama and ayurveda rejuvenation treatment sessions. Consultation with the ayurvedic doctors will also take place here. (Details of Health centre routine)

Besides your yoga and ayurveda routine, There will be a sightseeing day tour organized for you.

In these tours you can visit South Goa or North Goa.
