This yoga teacher training program is a practical and comprehensive one that aims to deepen your understanding.
The basic sequencing and style of the asana practice will be that of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. However, respecting individual abilities and limitations there will be some variations to the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa routine. Ultimately, this course will help the students nurture their own individuality.
Each student will receive a training manual to be used throughout the course, and be given a workbook to document personal discoveries, studies and thoughts which should be handed in for assessment at the end of the course. All trainees who successfully complete the course to the required standard will receive their certificate at the end of the training at the closing ceremony.
There is no pre-requisite to attend this course although we ask that you come with a beginners mind so that the usual ideas, judgments, habits etc do not interrupt the learning process.
Through this 200hr intensive, internationally certified, rapid learning method, you will gain a deep understanding of the practice of yoga asanas, philosophy, anatomy, and meditation.

Lalit teaches extensively throughout Europe and Asia bringing his unique traditional yoga style to enthusiasts globally. He runs regular Yoga workshops and retreats in various destinations such as Croatia, Germany, Sweden and Bali throughout the year.
The course instructors are quite progressive and come from various lineages of yoga and therefore a fusion of different styles (Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Iyengar, Dynamic Yoga, and Kundalini Yoga) may be apparent in the course. However, the main teachings are derived from Patanjali's eightfold system of Ashtanga yoga which offers a comprehensive study, guide and exploration of the true self.
