The residential rooms retain the simplicity of ashram living and yet are equipped with the necessary modern facilities. All rooms have attached, Western style bathrooms and many have hot, running water. All linens are provided. The ashram provides a clean, pure and sacred atmosphere to thousands of pilgrims and devotees.

Please note that the Ashram stay is basic. Some of our clients have even described their Ashram stay as a culture shock. Even though the rooms have all necessary facilities including beddings, blankets and attached baths, however, please do not expect a 5-star reception or welcome here. This is NOT a hotel and for most part you will have to find your way around; of course, the Healthandyoga team will always be only a simple phone call away.

Day 1:
Location: New Delhi
Our Delhi team will pick you up from Airport; the team will wait for you at the terminal with a placard bearing your name. Alternately, pickup can be arranged from hotels in and around New Delhi. Team will then transfer you to New Delhi railway station. They will escort you to help board your train for Haridwar

Location: Haridwar
You will reach Haridwar; Our Rishikesh team will be waiting for you outside with a placard bearing your name.

Location: Rishikesh
The team will drive you to Rishikesh ashram by non a/c SUV/ Ambassador CAR; You can eat your lunch and rest; You may attend the evening activity at the Ashram;

Day 2:
Location: Rishikesh

Ashram Stay will include breakfast and meals

Morning Yoga Session - 60-90 minutes of Yoga
Morning Aarti in the Ashram Prayer Hall - Early Morning Prayers

Day 3, 4 and 5:

Treatment for a complete over haul of mind body and soul will be given.
The treatment will be given by experience and qualified Ayurveds
Ayurvedic Treatments will be conducted either in Ashram or at a private studio some distance from the Ashram.

Our team will drive you to Kunjapuri about 27 kms from Rishikesh
From here, you get a picturesque view of the mighty Himalayan range as well as Rishikesh town down below.

On the holy river Ganga.
River rafting will not be conducted during the monsoon seasons
Drive to Haridwar Railway Station to board train back New Delhi.

At Rishikesh:

- - Reiki Course (2 day): Add on a level 1 Reiki Healing course with a 2-day extension to your Ashram visit and learn the art of energy healing.

At Delhi:

You could add trips (of varying durations) to places of historical and cultural richness around New Delhi -

Add a Day trip to Agra to visit the TAJ MAHAL - the monument of love - an architectural wonder of the world.
OR
If you have more days, you could see the historical Moghul forts in JAIPUR alongwith the princely palaces of UDAIPUR.

You can also ask for a DELHI SIGHTSEEING trip to be organized to witness the architectural delights of the Moghul Era & the British Rule era, besides technologically marvelous temples and experience the peaceful aura at the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi.

Package includes Ashram Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Meals are simple, non spicy and vegetarian in the Yoga tradition of Sattvik balanced diet, known to be best for the body system. Meals are an Indian fare.

Cancellation Terms
a) More than 30 days: 20% of tour cost
b) 15-30 days: 30% of tour cost
c) 7-15 days: 50% of tour cost
d) 2-7 days: 75% of Tour cost
e) Less than 2 days or Cancellation/changes during the tour - No Refund
