After settling in, and meeting the others at tea, go for a row on or swim in the lake, soak in the hot tub or relax in the hammock. Next, a short orientation meeting will apprise you of the delights and rewards to come. A Kundalini Yoga class followed by a tasty and nutritious vegetarian meal will set the tone of the next two to nine days. Later yogi tea, golden milk and a meditation will round out the first evening. Over the next few days partake in: morning sadhana, yoga, meditation, island excursions (hiking, visiting artists studios, shopping in town) Saturday night dancing, creative play, massage/spa sessions (aroma therapy, hot-stone massage, reflexology), special events, informative talks, meals and on-island transportation.

Upon arrival you'll be shown your deluxe private room or your comfortable yet simple, shared sleeping quarters. With a maximum of 8 guests, individual attention in this cozy, friendly environment is assured. The two deluxe upstairs rooms each have a view of the lake, large (queen & double) comfortable beds and are tastefully decorated with antiques. They share a private bath with shower and soon to come steam room. The three rooms downstairs have single beds with 2 twin beds sharing one room and a single in each of the curtained rooms. The decor is antiques mixed with exotic silks and warm vibrant colours. These 3 rooms share a beatiful bathroom with oversize claw foot tub (shower attached).

This water-front property with private dock, and hot tub is has a lovely garden wher the deer frequent. Surrounded on three sides by trees and the lake almost at your doorstep, we offer privacy without the feeling of being too remote.

Once you have arrived on Salt Spring Island by BC Ferries or Harbour Air you are picked up at either Fulford, Vesuvius, Long or Ganges Harbour.

Organic Vegetarian Meals: Breakfast includes muesli, fruit salad, yogurt, muffins, coffee, tea and juice. Lunches can be sandwiches or soup, Thai wraps or pizza. Dinner could be pasta or falafel, chili or veggie burgers, Indian curry or many other delights. Sunday we have a larger breakfast of pancakes, eggs and veggie bacon and Sunday dinner we have dessert. Cookies and tea availble at all times.

Shared rooms are not co-ed
Excursions and classes are not mandatory though highly encouraged.

Cancellations other than a medical emergency:
Will be offered a rain check at full value up to two weeks ahead of the retreat. If a raincheck is declined with two weeks or more prior to the retreat, a full refund less a 15 % administration fee will be returned.

2 weeks - 1 week prior to a reteat 50% will be returned or 75% value offered as a raincheck.

1 week ahead or less there will be no refunds or 50% value will be offered toward a raincheck.

Please note if there is a medical emergency a doctor's note will be required for a full refund or full raincheck.

Rainchecks must be used within one year from original date of purchase.
