This trip commences from New Delhi with your pickup from the International Airport and ends with your drop back. New Delhi - Rishikesh - New Delhi

These are study oriented courses. You will be exposed to the finer, all-round aspects of yoga amidst spiritual Rishikesh.

The 4 week course is a Teacher Training course wherein you will be awarded a certificate on successful completion. There is however no International Affiliation to this course for the time being.

Yoga sessions will be customized and conducted in a planned manner, so that you are exposed to and learn various aspects of yoga - Asana, Pranayama, Mudras and Bandhas in a phased manner.

Courses include both theory and practice.

You will take back with you these rich YOGA teachings that will help you incorporate them in your daily life thereafter.

Residential Study Centre located in the midst of Spiritual Rishikesh

The study centre has 26 simple but comfortable rooms befitting a sincere aspirant. Hot and Cold water is provided, though hot water is available during morning and evening hours only.

The rooms have an unparalleled view of the mountains. Adhering to the concept of holistic health and well-being is the tempting cuisine at the restaurant, carefully prepared to rejuvenate, revitalize and renew.

There is also a nice and big yoga hall where you can practice yoga.

Internet Access is available at the centre.

Setting: The calming integration of lush greenery, fresh mountain air, Himalayan spring water, the touch of the holy river Ganges and the mystifying Himalayan aura provide the ideal environment for rejuvenation of the body, mind and soul.

Package includes Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Meals at the centre are varied but vegetarian. (If you seek greater variety, our team can also direct you to appropriate restaurants. In such cases, please note that the food costs would have to be borne by you directly).

Cancellation Terms
a) More than 30 days: 20% of tour cost
b) 15-30 days: 30% of tour cost
c) 7-15 days: 50% of tour cost
d) 2-7 days: 75% of Tour cost
e) Less than 2 days or Cancellation/changes during the tour - No Refund

Be prepared for a relevant Yoga study experience while having ample time to explore Rishikesh on your own.

Package does not include:
1) Any meals other than those mentioned above.
2) Any portage at Airport and Hotels tips, Laundry, Mineral water, Telephone charges and all items of personal nature and meals and drinks not specified in the inclusions.
3) Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
4) Parking Charges, Interstate Taxes & Entrances to the park, monuments, Guide charges
5) Any increase in taxes or fuel, leading to increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
