"I received my order promptly and all of my concerns were met with unparalleled customer service. The only thing I would point out about the enema bag kit is the white "s" hook. Perhaps this is due to having only a 3/4 inch thick bar to hang it from, but when full, the bag slipped off and crashed to the floor twice. "So far so good. The enema bag does stretch a lot due the weight of the water where the hole for the hook is. Hopefully the bag will not snap soon and is durable enough. Other than that I like the design. Could use another type of steel hook with a larger S to hang on the shower. The one that came with it was too small so I had to bend it to make it fit.
