My doctor suggested a Neti pot several years ago but I kept putting it off. I thought it was a steamer you put under your face or something. I finally bought a plastic one at a local pharmacy chain store. It was horrible and I returned it. I did research and decided the stainless was the best way to go.

After the first use of my neti pot - HOOKED. I used to be stuffy every morning, not because of allergies, but that`s just the way I was. No amount of blowing my nose helped. Finally I turned to the neti pot and the stuffiness is gone. Even the post-nasal drip is gone.
