"I`m very surprised to hear from you after you sent a mala that is clearly not made from Sandalwood beads. The beads appear to be made from plain wood and have an odd, disinfectant-type odour. The last wrist mala that I ordered (last summer) had the same smell . Apparently you are spraying or soaking the wood in disinfectant. I decided to give you another chance since your service in the past has been good. Also, I just discovered that the toothpaste contains flouride, even though the descriptions of it imply that it doesn`t. So I can`t use that either. Neither product deserves any stars. Rather than bothering to send them back, I have decided not to order from you again. It seems to me to be an unusual business decision to risk the possibility for future orders for a mere $25.
