A weekend or longer for groups at this comfortable and welcoming Edwardian home will allow you the space to explore yoga through the physical, emotional and mental layers of your being.
Linda your host and teacher will guide a small group of 3-6 people through a carefully planned holistic weekend. A pre - selected massage or treatment will be included as part of the weekend as well the twice daily (optional) yoga sessions.. Vegetarian food will be loveingly and freshly prepared so that you may absorb the maximum prana (energy).
Oh! and there will be some free time too, to chill or visit the nearby sights. Edinburgh is only 15 miles away! St andrews 20 miles!
