Our 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Trainings help you gain a thorough understanding and practice of ALL the elements of Yoga, as encompassed in the Hatha Yoga Pradapika.

The aim is to cultivate expertise in traditional Hatha Yoga to the extent possible
The TTC programprovides for practises or techniques for the body system including specific techniques of asanas, pranayama, dharana, dhyana, samadhi, kriyas, mudras and bandhas.

The texts referred to while teaching the practices are the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Gheranda Samhita, Bhagawad Gita and the Patanjali Yoga Sutra.

Yoga Guru Narender Arya is very much into Yoga research and participates in different seminars and events related with yoga. He has participated in Yoga for Youth, National Yoga Week. He has also attended Yogathon Event in Bengaluru.

All care has been taken to provide the basic level of hygiene, comfort and space for you to get the most out of your training.
You will be accommodated in a pleasantly located budget hotel. You are provided with your own room with attached bathroom with both hot and running cold water. 3 nourishing vegetarian meals are provided daily during your course. There is wi-fi connectivity within your room at a very minimal cost as well as an internet centre in the lobby.
