The Law of Nature, Abundance

What do the Laws of Nature and the Laws of Abundance have in Common? Everything! Both have as their source - infinity! To understand one law is to understand the other. I believe that once we understand the laws of nature, we experience harmony and we naturally attract abundance.

What are the laws of nature?

When I saw myself as an evolutionary aspect of infinity, I was completely humbled. I saw myself being from and of Nature, and that I am in harmony with nature at all times. Regardless of whether I am sick or healthy, rich or poor, I am in harmony. All is a manifestation of what has come before and I am in a state of constant change. The feeling of being in harmony is what, to me, enlightenment is all about. There is no heaven to go to. Heaven is here on earth. Understanding that I am always in harmony gives me the power to affect my health and well-being. And, as is commonly said, our health is our wealth.

I have learned that the most effective way to optimize my health is by what I eat. When I eat grains, I am eating a biological process that has taken billions and billions of years to develop on this planet. Simply stated, the grasses we eat today in the form of grain are the most evolved plant life that came from the single celled organisms over an evolutionary process of 3.2 billion years.

Not only is food a source of health, it can also be an infinite source of abundance. For example, by planting grain, I am planting infinity. I can actually visualize the past, the present and the future. The seed came from infinity through a long line of seeds. The seed when planted will be creating infinite seeds into the future. This infinite source is my abundance.

Understanding food as being the source of our health and wealth provides a new way of looking at prosperity and abundance. When I came to know grain as my natural survival food, I became happy, healthy and wealthy. It is interesting to note that in the past, when I was not aware of the importance of food and my priority and focus was to generate money, I struggled. When I understood that I came from infinity, that the universe is abundant, and that I have the ability to respond to changes, I knew everything would be okay and I simply did what I loved to do. I became more relaxed and money issues disappeared. Cooking, particularly macrobiotic cooking, and teaching food preparation is my life's work, my love. As my life partner Margaret calls it, I'm in the "zone." And money inevitably shows up whenever needed.

We come from infinity, we are infinity, and we shall return to infinity. I know this is a broad statement. But understanding it and seeing its implications is how I believe I am in heaven. When you are in heaven, everything you want or need will be provided for.

I have listed a few plant food recipes that are simple and easy to prepare. Eating grain with the laws of Nature in mind can give you an idea of how it brings about peace and harmony in the world today. Keep in mind that grain, particularly rice, is the highest evolved form of plant life on the Earth.

Organic Brown Rice: Wash 2 cups of brown rice and place in a heavy duty roasting pan. Allow pan to heat up slowing. Constantly stir rice to keep it from sticking. Allow steam to evaporate. When rice is golden brown, place in pressure cooker and add 31/2 cups of clear filtered water. Add a pinch (1/8 teaspoon) of Celtic Sea Salt and replace lid. Bring to pressure and bring flame to low. Simmer on low for 35 minutes. Allow pressure cooker to rest and cool. Open lid. Serve HOT!

Organic Millet and Cauliflower: Wash 2 cups of millet and strain. Rinse one cauliflower and cut up. Place millet in pressure cooker and add 4 cups of filtered clean water. Add cut up cauliflower. Secure lid and bring to pressure with a high flame. When ingredients come to pressure, lower flame and simmer for 25 minutes. Allow to cool and open lid. Serve Hot with a creamy tahini sauce.

Creamy Tahini Sauce: Take 4 oz. of tahini and place in an equal amount of water. Bring to boil. Add dissolved kuzu and water and a pinch of Celtic Sea Salt. Allow to thicken and set aside to cool. Place on millet and cauliflower after cooked or just before serving.
