This trip commences from New Delhi with your pickup from the International Airport.
Through this teacher training study course, you will be exposed to the finer, all-round aspects of yoga.
Yoga sessions will be conducted in a planned manner, so that you are exposed to and learn various aspects of yoga - Asana, Pranayama, Mudras and Bandhas in a phased manner.
Course includes both theory and practice.
