    mother as first guru is a wonderful book & im fortunate enough to be friends with the author swami.
    swami & i meet up for lunch & a cuppa every 2 weeks & he told me to say hi to his friend at health & yoga ( sorry ive forgotten the name he said)
    i also have just ordered the neti pot & im looking 4ward to receiving that
